Refund Policy

I want you to be thrilled with your new painting. If you aren’t 100% in love with it, let me know within 3 days of receiving the artwork. You may return it in perfect condition in its original shipping box, at your expense, for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost).

Prints and small works may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Digital products (art guides, downloads, courses, PDFs) are non-refundable due to the instant access nature of the product.

If your artwork arrives damaged:
Please email alissa@alissaleigh.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and artwork so I can resolve it quickly.
